Create professional e-mail accounts for your domains to manage the communications of your business. Access Rain Loop to send and receive emails. You can also forward emails to another email client.
Overview: Professional Emails
- Access your app “Custom Email”. On the left panel, you will see all your domains connected to this account;

2. Click on the domain you want to create custom e-mails;

3. You will see all e-mails here. If you want to create a new one, just hit “Create Email”;

4. This window will appear. Insert a name to your e-mail. To create a password, keep in mind that you need at least 70% password strength, otherwise it won’t let you go forward;

5. Just click on “OK” to add the e-mail;

6. To enter your e-mail, click on “View Email List”

7. Click on the domain name. To enter your e-mail, click “Access webmail”;

8. A rainloop page will appear. Here you have to insert the e-mail and the password. If you just created the e-mail, wait about 5 minutes to enter here;

9. This is the inbox page;

10. To send an e-mail, just click here: “New Message”;

11. Let´s check the “Configuration” option;

12. In this configuration, you will be able to set a forward e-mail and/or Alias e-mail. To forward an e-mail, click on “Create” and type the e-mail you want to forward to;

- You will see the e-mail here. It means that when someone e-mails you, the e-mail will be forward to the e-mail you just configured;

- To configure “Alias”, click on “Create” and set the name to create a new e-mail;

- It will be shown here. You can share this e-mail with your clients, and when they e-mail you at “domesticsales@suportebabr.com”, you will also receive an e-mail at: “sales@suportebabr.com”;
