How to Install and Use the Builderall for WordPress Plugin

This guide explains how to install the Builderall for WordPress plugin and configure the SuperCharge Bundle features, including Exit Popups, Social Proof, Browser Notifications, and Live Chat.


Installing the Builderall for WordPress Plugin

Step 1 — Install the Plugin

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Plugins.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Search for “Builderall for WordPress.”
  5. Click Install Now.
  6. After installation, click Activate.

Enabling the SuperCharge Bundle on Your Website

After activating the plugin:

  1. Open the SuperCharge Bundle tab.

You will see two options:

If you do not have a Builderall account:
• Click Create New Account to sign up.

If you already have a Builderall account:
• Click Link Builderall Account to log in.


Activate the SuperCharge Bundle

After linking your account:

Switch the SuperCharge Bundle status from Inactive to Active.

Once activated, the integration with WordPress is automatic.


Setting Up the Exit Popup in WordPress

Step 1 — Create the Popup

  1. Click Configure.
  2. You will be redirected to the popup creation area inside WordPress.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Start Builderall for WordPress to begin designing your popup.

Step 2 — Activate the Exit Popup on Your Website

After creating your popup:

  1. Click Pages.
  2. Click Add New Page or edit an existing page.
  3. Click Open Builderall for WordPress.
  4. In the top-left corner, click the three bars to open the menu.
  5. Go to the SuperCharge Bundle tab.
  6. Locate the Exit Popup tool.
  7. Click Configure.
  8. Select the desired popup from the list.

Setting Up Social Proof in WordPress

  1. Click Configure inside the Social Proof section.
  2. You will be redirected to the Social Proof tool inside Builderall.
  3. Choose the type of Social Proof you want to display.
  4. Click New Pop-up or select a template from the Idea Center.

Important:
There is no need to manually install any script.
Once the SuperCharge Bundle is activated, the script is automatically included.

After configuration:

• Refresh your WordPress page to see the Social Proof popup.
• This process may take a few minutes.

If the popup does not appear immediately:

• Press Shift + Ctrl + F5 to clear your local cache.
• Or test in another browser.


Setting Up Browser Notifications in WordPress

  1. Click Configure in the Browser Notifications section.
  2. You will be redirected to the Browser Notifications tool inside Builderall.

Important:
There is no need to manually install any script.
The script is automatically included once the SuperCharge Bundle is activated.


Enable Notifications for Your Website

  1. Click Install on Website.
  2. Under “My website is hosted elsewhere,” enter your site name and URL.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Click Verify.

A message may appear stating that the script could not be identified.
You can safely ignore this message.

  1. Click Create Notification.


Creating the Notification

In this area, you can:

• Add buttons
• Insert images
• Add links
• Send immediately
• Schedule for later

To ensure users receive notifications:

Browser notifications must be enabled in their browsers.

Once enabled, visitors will receive notifications while browsing your site.


Setting Up Live Chat in WordPress

  1. Click Configure in the Live Chat section.
  2. You will be redirected to the Live Chat tool inside Builderall.
  3. Access Live Chat Settings.
  4. Enter your website URL.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Refresh your website.

The chat icon will appear according to your configuration.

FAQ

1. Do I need to manually install scripts in WordPress?

No. Once the SuperCharge Bundle is activated, scripts are automatically integrated.


2. Why is my Social Proof popup not appearing?

Check the following:

• SuperCharge Bundle is Active
• Popup is configured and saved
• Page cache has been cleared
• Test in another browser


3. Why does the system say the script cannot be identified during Browser Notification verification?

This message can be ignored. The script is automatically included through the plugin integration.


4. Why is my Exit Popup not displaying?

Make sure:

• The popup was created
• The popup was selected inside the SuperCharge Bundle
• You refreshed the page after configuration


Troubleshooting

Plugin Installed but Features Not Working

• Confirm the SuperCharge Bundle is switched to Active
• Confirm your Builderall account is linked
• Clear browser cache
• Refresh the page


Live Chat Not Appearing

• Verify your website URL is correctly entered
• Click Save in Live Chat settings
• Refresh your website
• Check if any caching plugin is delaying updates
