Objective
Teach how to create an online store using Builderall’s Ecommerce, understanding the correct structure to avoid common setup mistakes.
Understand this before you start
This is where most users get it wrong.
Builderall’s Ecommerce is NOT a standalone tool.
It works within a structure:
Website Builder → SuperCheckout → Ecommerce
That means:
- Your website is created inside the Website Builder
- Ecommerce is a page or block inside that website
- Products come from SuperCheckout
If you don’t understand this, your store will not work properly.
Required structure
Before creating your store, you must have:
- A website created in the Website Builder
- Products created inside SuperCheckout
Without this, Ecommerce will not display anything.
Step-by-step (correct flow)
1. Create products in SuperCheckout
This is the most important step.
- Go to SuperCheckout
- Open the Products section
- Click Create Product
- Fill in:
- Product name
- Price
- Product type (physical or digital)
- Description
- Save
Repeat for all products.
If there are no products in SuperCheckout, Ecommerce has nothing to display.
2. Create or access your website in Website Builder
- Open Website Builder
- Create a new site or edit an existing one
- Open the editor
3. Create an Ecommerce page
- Inside the editor, create a new page
- Select an Ecommerce layout or store template
This page will be your store.
4. Insert the Ecommerce block
- Inside the page, add the Ecommerce element
- The system will automatically load products from SuperCheckout
If no products appear, the issue is in SuperCheckout.
5. Configure product display
Inside the Ecommerce block, you can:
- Select which products to show
- Adjust layout
- Customize design
6. Configure payments (via SuperCheckout)
Ecommerce does not handle payments directly.
- Go to SuperCheckout
- Open Payment Settings
- Connect your payment gateway
- Save
7. Configure shipping (if needed)
Also inside SuperCheckout:
- Go to Shipping Settings
- Define:
- Delivery zones
- Shipping costs
- Save
8. Publish your store
- Go back to Website Builder
- Click Publish
- Check your domain
- Open your live site
Tips and best practices
- Product not showing means a SuperCheckout issue
- Ecommerce only displays products, it does not manage them
- Always test a purchase before going live
- Keep all logic centralized in SuperCheckout
