Connecting a Domain to Your Course
Step 1 – Access the Course
- Go to the eLearning area.
- Access the course you want to connect to a domain.
- Click on the three dots next to the course.
- Select Connect domain/subdomain.
Step 2 – Enter the Domain
- In the text box that appears, enter the domain name you want to connect.
- If you do not have a domain yet, you can choose the option to purchase a new one.
- Click Connect.
Domains Using Builderall Name Servers
If your domain already uses Builderall Name Servers:
• The connection will be completed automatically.
• A success message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen once the connection is complete.
After that:
• Click Save if you made any additional changes to your course.
Important:
Domain propagation may take up to 48 hours to fully complete.
External Domains Using Other Name Servers
If your domain does not use Builderall Name Servers, you must manually configure it.
You will need to update either:
• The Name Servers
OR
• The IP address
So that they match Builderall’s values.
Important:
Each domain has unique DNS values.
When you click Connect, the system will display the correct DNS or IP numbers for your specific domain.
If you are not familiar with DNS configuration:
Contact your domain provider’s support team.
Provide them with the DNS or IP values shown in Builderall, and they will assist you with the update.

Connecting a Subdomain to Your Course
The process for connecting a subdomain follows the same steps as connecting a domain.
Step 1 – Access the Course
- Go to the eLearning area.
- Access the course you want to connect the subdomain to.
- Click on the three dots next to the course.
- Select Connect domain/subdomain.
Step 2 – Enter the Subdomain
- In the text box that appears, enter the name of the subdomain you want to connect.
- Click Connect.
Subdomain When the Main Domain Uses Builderall Name Servers
If your main domain already uses Builderall Name Servers:
• The subdomain connection will be completed automatically.
• A success message will appear in the bottom-right corner once complete.
After that:
• Click Save if you made additional changes to the course.

Subdomain propagation may take up to 48 hours.
Subdomain When the Main Domain Does Not Use Builderall Name Servers
If your main domain does not use Builderall Name Servers:
You must create two DNS records in your current domain provider.
Important:
When you click Connect, the system will display the specific DNS values required for your subdomain.
If you are not experienced with DNS configuration:
Contact your domain provider’s support team and provide the DNS values shown inside Builderall.
Propagation may take up to 48 hours.
