What is the Elearning Tool

The Elearning tool allows you to create online courses.

With it, you can:

Issue certificates
Create final tests
Use drip content
Manage course structure

Important First Step: Add Instructors

It is recommended to add instructors before creating your course.

Inside the platform, you define:

Instructor avatar
Instructor name
Instructor expertise

There are two types of access:

Normal access
Instructor access

Instructor Access (Restricted Access)

Instructor access creates a unique access key for a specific course.

This means:

The instructor will only have access to that course
They cannot access other courses in your account

When the instructor logs in using the access token:

They can view the course
They can only interact with content related to that specific training

Certificates

You can create certificates for your course.

Features include:

Custom backgrounds
Text styling
Use of tags (dynamic fields like names)

You can edit the text and design, then save the certificate.

You can also create multiple certificate themes.

Translations

If your course is in another language:

Go to the translation option
Select the language
Fill in the translated content

This applies to all areas inside the course.
