How to have a Professional Email on Builderall with Main Domain on another platform

If your main domain is on another platform, but you want to have a professional email on the Builderall platform, follow these steps below:


STEP 1:

Send a message via ticket to our support requesting to:

  1. Create a Pool Entry for your domain.
  2. Give them your domain you want to create the entry for.

STEP 2:

Support will reply to your ticket with the correct Pool Entry that you will need for your domain.

STEP 3:

When you received the Pool Entry, you will need to replace the

(x) mail XX, with the number that the support sent you, for example: mail07.

Therefore, your email will be from mail xx.I4email.com to mail 07.I4email.com

STEP 4:

Create an entry on your hosting, (where you have your domain), with the information below:

What is priority 10?

Priority 10 is a Builderall Server Setting, responsible for sending and receiving email messages for domain.

STEP 5:

Also create the following entries and replace the fields containing the (xx) with the Pool that support sent you.

STEP 6:

Enter SPF record for better email delivery rates.

Your record needs to have a TXT type entry and replace the fields containing the (XX) with the Pool that support sent you. This entry will look like the example below:

After creating all the necessary entries, wait up to 6 hours to validate these settings and the email will be working 100% on the Builderall Platform.


Congratulations! You can now use your Professional Email in Mailingboss while your Main Domain is on another platform.
