The flow of the Messenger/Instagram tool functions like a “sales funnel”. It is the process of creating the journey your subscriber will take once they enter your chatbot.
Once you have created your flow, you will be able to test it live, but to activate the actual flow, you will need to set up the automation and make use of the growth tools.
