When you have a double optin, your lead will need to confirm their email address before you will be able to send them any emails.
Sometimes, people do not confirm their emails for many different reasons, and therefore in Mailingboss you have the option to resend the confirmation email.
Go to your email list.
- Click on the arrow and choose “Subscribers”.
Next to subscriber, click on drop-down and choose “Resend unconfirmed email”.
Congratulations, you now have learned how to resend the unconfirmed email.
