After creating your flow, you will need to make use of the automation. It is the way your subscribers will interact with you through:
- Messenger replies
- Get started button
- Conversation starters
- Persistent menu
Some of the options can only be used in conjunction with another. For example:
- Conversation starters (work only if Get started button is disabled)
- Persistent menu (work only if Get started button is enabled)
